Has anyone seen in the flesh these hides for sale on ebay? They look roomy and appear to have good visibility just wondering if anyone has owned, tried or played with one.

The blurb says this hide is "Portable" but is TWENTY TWO POUNDS in weight. Not exactly lightweight then. It may be useful if it was to be on site for a while but when you consider the weight of your photo gear and this then hardly suitable for a long hike over rough terrain with your photo equipment too

Hi,
I have one of their other pop up hides and if these are the same quality then you cannot go wrong, They are a great company to deal with (Stevie is a member of the Forum ) i understand the point regarding the weight but if they are too lightweight they do tend to flap about etc (i lost mo old much more expensive hide because of the weight/rigidity etc)
I have had deer walk within 5 feet of my hide in our woodland.

ps I also use Jack Pyke camo gear including hunters hat/veil if i want to stalk the wildlife and with practice you can get very close, I got some deer lure from the States you hang it on trees and the scent attracts the deer (Yes really it does work)!
