I'm considering buying the Sigma 50-500mm lens from Warehouse Express since they are offering a 'by now, pay Oct '08' option. Has anyone purchased camera equipment from them and received good or bad service? I am concerned that it is a mail order company and would like to know what the aftersales service is like.

I have used Warehouse Express several times including buying three cameras. They have always provided great service. I had occasion to return a faulty item once and they sent a replacement by return without me having to send the faulty item first. I have used the deferred payment when buying cameras and as long as you settle in full by the due date they are as good as their word. Deliveries are usually by return. To date I haven't had any problems.
