Hi has anyone got photos they can direct me to taken with the above combo.
I have the lens and the 1.4 converter but am looking at the possibilities of buying the 2x converter. Thanks
I used a 2x tc on this lens on occassions, manual focus only though. Although it was possible to get decent results it was much easier to focus when the bird was large in the frame.

Thanks for that Peter not bad at all. I could have done with one this evening witha Grey Plover in lovely light.
