Our own fault for looking at the camera/lens in Jessops and then buying much cheaper on the internet.

On the one hand you could take the opinion that, as Jessops were a big fish going around gobbling up smaller independent stores,that's the way business goes and they deserve no sympathy (although the staff certainly do). On the other hand, if all the bricks and mortar shops go out of business, where are we going to try things before we buy them?
